Definition of vector graphic:
Graphics created in graphic programs, in which shapes are represented as a series of lines and curves. Vector graphics are also referred to as object-based graphics or line art. This contrasts with bitmap graphics, which are created pixel by pixel in paint programs and by scanners. Electronic Artwork (PC-platform type) - Corel Draw 7 or less Text must be converted to curves, or the fonts to be included with the artwork file. - Illustrator 10.0 or less (.ai and .eps) These are acceptable only if, they are vector art with no bitmaps included within the file. All files that include layers, must have them flattened before the file is saved. * You can submit a GIF, JPG, BMP, TIFF or some other (PC) standard graphic file format as attachment to your email. If your custom design is a monogram, attach your favorite True Type Font to an email, specify the letters used, and include a graphic file indicating layout of your Monogram.
Once we received and evaluated your artwork, we'll superimpose it onto our seal's graphic file, and email it back to you as a graphic sample.

1. Take an 8.5" x 11" white paper and use a black, dark colored round tip marker

Q: | How do I know what my stamper will look like? |

Upon receipt of your accepted order, we'll create and email an enlarged, colored graphic sample of your artwork (depicting an imaginary wax seal) positioned in the preferred stamper shape, for your review, approval.
We'd be happy to make slight adjustments to the layout (resize, move, rotate, etc.) free of charge. If, at this point you decide to cancel your order, we'll issue a refund, less $25 processing fee. |
Q: | What should I know about shipping |

Our shopping cart is configured to process "Standard shipping included" orders only.
The cost of shipping to international destinations, or using an expedited shipping method will be based on the order, on the shipping address and on the method used, prior to shipping. Request expedited shipping, by typing it into the Comments box located on the Checkout page, or via Email. Standard domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx Ground service. When routing is not specified on order, the least expensive method will be used. Reasons for higher than the Shopping cart generated total - International shipments, - Other than Standard shipping method. Use yours, or a third party (UPS, FedEx) account, to avoid handling charges, for orders with domestic destinations. We'll seek our customers' approval of higher than the Shopping cart generated total, before the order is processed. |
