Packaging:
Orders up to 1,000 pieces, will be packaged in gift box and/or poly bags. Larger orders will be shipped in poly bags placed in a master carton, unless otherwise requested. |

Orders:
All orders are subject to approval by Moldesign, and are not binding until accepted.
Moldesign reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
All orders are subject to availability of materials, components.
Moldesign shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material shortages, or problems with carrier.

Delivery:
Select standard initials, designs can be delivered overnight*.
Others may take up to four weeks.

Custom orders delivered within 1 to 4 weeks.
Actual turnaround time depends on ordered quantity, color and on our "than current" workload. |
Shipping:
Our shopping cart is configured to process "Standard shipping included" orders only.
Cost of shipping orders to international destinations, or expedited shipping method will be determined prior to shipping.
Request expedited shipping, by typing it into the Comments box located on the Checkout page, or via Email.
For same day processing, orders must be received* by 9 AM PST.
* Placed (for normally in stock items) Online, via Email, or Fax.
Standard domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail**.
Alternately we may use UPS, or FedEx Ground service.
When routing is not specified on order, the least expensive method will be used.
Reasons for higher than the Shopping cart generated total
- International shipments,
- Other than Standard shipping method.
Use yours, or a third party (UPS, FedEx) account, to avoid handling charges, for orders with domestic destinations.
We'll seek our customers' approval of higher than the Shopping cart generated total, before the order is processed.
** Typical in transit time is a not guaranteed 2-3 days and it is without tracking, or insurance.

Return Policy: GO BACK
Our products are unique.
We encourage you to evaluate Samples of our products prior to placing an order, to minimize your expenses.
Unless defective or mis-shipped products are sent the order can be returned in 15 days, postage paid by customer, in "like new" condition, in the original quantity,
less 25% restocking fee
Packing slip, or copy must be included for proper credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you to insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued.
Important! In order to receive your refund, first you must obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions by e-mail, or by calling Moldesign at: (951)471-0800. Returned products without a RAN, will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
The Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days.
The following products cannot be returned!
- Custom Waxent seals
- Normally-not-in-stock Designs/Colors
- Normally-in-stock orders exceeding 500 pieces
- Special offers (i.e. Bag o' Waxent, Bargain items)

Cancellation:
All orders considered firm, cannot be cancelled without the written authorization of and confirmation by MolDesign.
Unless your order was processed/shipped, you can avoid the 3.5% handling fee (minimum rate), by canceling your order placed during our regular business hour on the same day, or your order placed after hours on the next business day by 3 PM PST.
Otherwise all costs incurred prior to cancellation will be INVOICED! |
