Shipping - The Standard shipping method is either USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground service. - If international, or expedited delivery option requested, we will deduct the cost of Standard shipping and   - (if requested) email you the cost1 of alternate shipping option(s) for review and approval, or   - apply no additional charges for domestic shipments, using your carrier account.   1 Based on shipping address, on the actual order and on the method used. Set up fee - Applies to Custom orders only 2 Reorder Discount - Written PO must state intent to reorder the same quantity in 6 months, to remain eligible. Artwork (Applies to Custom orders only) - Submit your artwork (PC platform), in one of the following formats: - Adobe Illustrator eps or ai vector file - CorelDraw .CDR file   Fonts converted to curves, or attach font. - jpg gif bmp pcx tif files - one time $25 conversion fee may apply.   Converted artwork kept on file for 12 months from last order.

General Information: Packaging: Smaller orders will be packaged in either a gift box or in a poly bag. Larger orders will be shipped in poly bags placed in a master carton. Orders: All orders are subject to approval by Moldesign, and are not binding until accepted. Moldesign reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials, components. Moldesign shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material shortages, or carrier's inability to deliver on time. Larger orders may consist of several items, each item in 100-piece quantity, same size and color. Purchase Orders: Written Purchase Order required, which can be submitted using any of the available ordering options. Terms: Orders must be prepaid. No terms offered. Delivery: Orders below 5,000 pieces can be shipped within one week. Turnaround time for 5,000+ Standard, or Custom orders will be confirmed in writing. Normally in stock colors are available in large(r) quantity, for faster delivery. Please contact us for current schedule! Shipping: When routing is not specified on order, the most direct or least expensive method will be used. Return Policy: Normally in stock orders exceeding 1,000 pieces, normally not in stock orders in any quantity and Custom orders cannot be returned. Cancellation: All orders considered firm, cannot be canceled without a written authorization by MolDesign. All costs incurred prior to cancellation will be INVOICED!
